SLAM starts by upskilling our team and clients to emulate a common project-management discipline, a single language, and a set of expectations. But this doesn't happen with off-the-shelf CBTs, or a time-gobbling "boot camp". It's much simpler, focused, and fast.

SLAM Certifications

We distilled exactly the learning needed by specific roles, at specific times in the SLAM practice. There is no point in training a developer to manage the planning roadmap or training a government lead to facilitate ceremonies, right? So we don't.

SLAM certifications communicate a truth: the bearer is prepared to produce higher-quality results as part of a harmonized team, sprint after sprint. We teach our friends to fish.
